Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta.
Orders with items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed and payment is confirmed. If extended delivery timelines were specified at the time of purchase, the order will be shipped within the indicated period. Typically, this takes 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates.
Shipments are not processed on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday after 15:00 will be shipped on Monday.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel.
Store pickup is available only after confirmation that the order is ready for collection via message or email from our team.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. If extended delivery timelines were specified at the time of purchase, the order will be shipped within the indicated period. Typically, this takes 7–14 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days.
Shipping costs are already included in the product price — no additional delivery fees apply.
Please note that the order total does not include local sales taxes or VAT applicable in the destination country. Additional charges may apply in accordance with local regulations.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
For international orders, the return period is extended to 20 days.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are covered by the customer according to the carrier’s rates, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
