Payment of order

1. Order payment can be made through the following methods: 1.1. Payment via Fondy system 1.2. Payment via invoice in case it is not possible to carry out the payment operation through the Fondy system

2. Order payment is made with a Visa or MasterCard on the website immediately after placing the order through the Fondy system. Payment occurs on a page protected by security certificates. You only pay the cost of the product; no commission is charged for online payment.


Delivery of order

1. Delivery is carried out by the following postal services:

1.1. Delivery service "Nova Poshta"

1.2. Delivery service "Ukrposhta"

1.3. Delivery service “FedEx”

2. Delivery is free for the customer in the following cases: when ordering an amount from 1000 (one thousand) hryvnias: to the branches of delivery services located in Ukraine and abroad. If the customer wishes to receive the order by another method, for example, by courier or taxi service, the delivery payment is made by the customer.


Return of non-conforming goods

1. Proper quality goods ordered on that do not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:

  • there are no signs of use and wear;
  • the goods retain their appearance and consumer properties;
  • the original and undamaged packaging and labels are present. The cost of returning/exchanging the product is paid by the buyer.

* *Exception: manufacturing defect or wrong item (different size, color, or SKU). In this case, the return is made at our expense. Goods of improper quality (after use or with damaged labels) ordered on are not subject to exchange or return. In case of returning items from the “Sale” or “Clearance” categories, the funds will be returned in the form of a voucher for the amount of the order. This voucher can be used on the website within the next three months from the moment of the return of the goods.

The process of returning goods:

  1. Fill out the return form (sent by the manager upon the customer's request via messenger or email);
  2. Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
  3. Receive the money via bank transfer.

* *The term for the return of funds is within 10 working days from the moment the return is received by the online store manager.

The process of exchanging goods:

  1. Fill out the exchange form (sent by the manager upon the customer's request via messenger or email);
  2. Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
  3. Contact the online store manager to reserve goods for exchange. The shipment of the order for exchange is carried out after its complete compilation and receipt of the return by the online store manager.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sanitary and hygiene items (including toothbrushes);
  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Children's toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
  • Combs, brushes (including massage ones);
  • Delicate lingerie (underwear, swimsuits, nightgowns, pajamas);
  • Bed linen;
  • Hosiery and sock products;
  • Aerosol packaging products;

If the returned goods are not subject to exchange and return, the shipment of the goods back is at the expense of the client. In case of non-compliance with the conditions set out in this section, the online store has the right to refuse to satisfy the claim for defects or shortage of any goods.
