General conditions

1. These conditions establish the procedure for interaction between the online store and its clients - both individuals and legal entities who have placed an order using the "Basket" service located on the website (hereinafter referred to as the website).

1.1 The online store carries out the sale and delivery of goods throughout Ukraine and abroad.

1. 2 The online store sells goods at retail. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

1. 3 By placing an order on the website, the client unconditionally agrees to abide by these conditions and confirms that they are familiar with them.



1. Orders are placed by the client by adding products to the basket.

2. An order is considered duly placed if:

2.1. the client has filled in all the fields of the form that allow for the identification of the client and for contact to be made:

2.2. Full name/company name;

2.3. Contact phone number;

2.4. Address;

2.5. Preferred method of payment (payment methods listed in section 5.1);

2.6. Preferred method of delivery for the goods.


Acceptance of the order by

1. Upon receiving an order, the manager of the online store checks the availability of the goods and, if the order is placed in accordance with section 2.2 of these conditions, accepts the order and contacts the client to confirm the details.

2. From the moment the order is accepted by the online store, the client has the right to cancel the order or make changes to the order (delete/add products to the order, change the product characteristics (color, size, quantity, etc.)). After the invoice is paid, deleting product items from the order is not allowed.


Formation of the order

1. Employees of the online store form the order. Orders with the status "PROCESSED", formed and confirmed by 15:00, are sent on the same day. If an order is made on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or a holiday, its shipment is postponed to the first working day following the day of placing the order. The city of the sender – Kyiv.

2. If the product is not available, the manager of the online store may offer the client to replace the missing product with any other product. With the client's consent, another proposed product is added to the order; in case of disagreement, the order moves to the "REFUSAL" status.

3. At the moment of completing the formation of the order, the manager of the online store informs the client about the status of the order and issues an invoice for payment if the selected payment method corresponds to section 5.1.2.


Payment of the order

1. Payment for the order is made in the following ways:

1.1. Payment through the Fondy system

1.2. Payment through an invoice if it is not possible to perform the payment operation through the Fondy system

2. Payment for the order is made with a Visa or MasterCard on the website immediately after placing the order through the Fondy system. The payment occurs on a page protected by security certificates. You only pay the cost of the goods, no commission is charged for online payment.


Delivery of the order

1. Delivery is carried out by the postal services listed below.

1.1. Delivery service "Nova Poshta"

1.2. Delivery service "Ukrposhta"

1.3. Delivery service “FedEx”

2. Delivery for the client is free in the following cases: when ordering an amount from 1000 (one thousand) hryvnias: to the branches of delivery services located in Ukraine and abroad. If the client wishes to receive the order by another method, for example, courier or taxi service, the delivery payment is made by the client.


Return of non-conforming goods

1. Goods of proper quality ordered on that do not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided:

  • there are no signs of use and wear;
  • the goods retain their appearance and consumer properties;
  • the original and undamaged packaging and labels are present. The cost of returning/exchanging goods is paid by the buyer.

* *Exception: manufacturing defects or incorrect item (different size, color, or SKU). In this case, the return is made at our expense. Goods of improper quality (after use or with damaged labels) ordered on are not subject to exchange or return. In case of returning goods from the "Sale" or "Clearance" categories, the funds will be returned in the form of a voucher for the amount of the order. This voucher can be used on the website within the next three months from the moment of the return of the goods.

The process of returning goods:

  1. Fill out the return form (sent by the manager upon the client's request via messenger or email);
  2. Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
  3. Receive the money via bank transfer. *The term for the return of funds is within 10 working days from the moment the return is received by the online store manager.

The process of exchanging goods:

  1. Fill out the exchange form (sent by the manager upon the client's request via messenger or email);
  2. Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
  3. Contact the online store manager to reserve goods for exchange. The shipment of the order for exchange is carried out after its complete compilation and receipt of the return by the online store manager.

Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sanitary and hygiene items (including toothbrushes);
  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Children's toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
  • Combs, brushes (including massage ones);
  • Delicate lingerie (underwear, swimsuits, nightgowns, pajamas);
  • Bed linen;
  • Hosiery and sock products;
  • Aerosol packaging products;
  • Products made of semi-precious stones, etc.

If the returned goods are not subject to exchange and return, the shipment of the goods back is at the expense of the client. If the conditions set forth in this section are not met, the online store has the right to refuse to satisfy the claim for defects or shortage of any goods.
